You are considering becoming a manager.
Before you take the leap,
let's take the time to think it through.
A video-based programme to clarify your motivations, explore your strengths, and — if you choose — acquire the fundamentals of the role. In 3 or 6 individual sessions.
You are at a crossroads.
This programme is for people who are seriously considering moving into management — but want to make that decision with clear thinking, not under pressure from an opportunity or an enthusiastic manager.
It is also for those who have already said yes and want to prepare properly before starting.
- You have been offered a management role and are not sure if it is right for you
- You love your technical work and worry about losing it if you move into management
- You wonder whether you have the right qualities and legitimacy to manage others
- You have said yes but want to prepare properly before you start
- You work in Tech and are looking for support that truly understands your specific challenges
Explore, position yourself, decide.
The first part of the programme is coaching-focused. We work on you: your vision of the ideal manager, your natural strengths and talents, and the blocks that might get in your way.
By the end of these 3 sessions, you will have a clear answer to the question: do I actually want to become a manager?
Did you answer yes to management? Phase 2 is waiting for you: 3 sessions to acquire the fundamentals and step into your new role with a solid foundation.
Acquire the fundamentals of management.
If you have decided to take the leap, these 3 additional sessions give you the concrete tools to start well. We cover the key skills of a first-time manager, grounded in your reality.
These sessions can also be taken independently if you are already in post and want to work on specific skills.
A clear investment, tailored to your situation.
Choose the phase that matches where you are — or both, if you want to go all the way.

They dared to ask themselves the question.
This programme helped me strengthen my understanding of the management role, identify concrete levers for growth, and reflect on my own positioning. I particularly appreciated the interactive format and the practical cases.
Your questions, answered.
No. The programme is designed in two independent phases. You can absolutely stop after Phase 1 once you have your answer — or if you realise that management is not the right path for you, which is an equally valid outcome. Phase 2 only happens if you want it to.
Phase 2 (the fundamentals) can be taken on its own if you are already in post and want to work on specific skills — delegation, feedback, the manager-as-coach stance. In that case, one-to-one coaching is also worth considering. We can talk through the best option during the discovery call.
The pace is flexible and adapts to your schedule. Generally, one session every 1 to 2 weeks gives enough time to put things into practice between sessions. We define the most suitable rhythm together during the discovery call.
Yes, in many cases. This type of programme can be covered through your company's training plan or a dedicated management development budget. I can provide a training agreement and a detailed invoice to make the process easier with your HR team.
That is a great outcome. Better to know before taking the role than to find out afterwards. The programme helps you make a well-informed decision either way — and if the answer is no, you walk away with a much clearer picture of your strengths, your values, and what you truly want next.
