Co-Development Workshops
Harnessing Collective Intelligence for Your Growth

In the first months of stepping into a leadership role, sharing challenges and learning from the experiences of peers can make all the difference.
Co-Development (also called Action Learning) workshops provide a structured space to share, listen, and learn — all while building essential leadership skills.
What Is Co-Development (Action Learning)?
Co-Development is a peer-learning method built on the power of collective intelligence.
In a structured and supportive environment, each participant brings their own experiences, ideas, and advice to help one member address a real-life challenge — while also enriching their own leadership practice.
Two formats to suit your needs:
Traditional Format: A fixed group of 5 participants, 3-hour virtual sessions every 8 weeks
Express Format: 1-hour virtual session focused on a specific challenge, with a more frequent schedule
How Does a Workshop Work?
A group is made up of 5 participants, all first-time leaders, who meet for 5 sessions.
In each session, one person takes on the role of Client, while the others act as Consultants.
The session focuses entirely on the Client and their unique situation.
The steps of a session:
- Presentation of the issue or project by the Client
- Clarification of the issue
- Consultation contract to define expectations
- Reactions, comments, and suggestions from the participants (the Consultants)
- Summary and realistic action plan proposed by the Client
- Evaluation and individual reflection on key learnings

The Benefits of Co-Development
For participants:
Co-Development fosters leadership development and self-efficacy, teaches constructive feedback and active listening, and encourages the adoption of a growth mindset while valuing diverse perspectives.
For the organisation:
It’s a powerful lever for developing managers who are more autonomous, creative, and proactive — while embedding a culture of collective intelligence and continuous improvement.
