What drives us

Too many employees are promoted into management roles without any real support. They’re expected to set direction, give feedback, handle conflict, lead meetings… yet no one has ever shown them how. The result? Disengagement, growing isolation, a loss of confidence, and mistakes that can be costly for both the manager and the organisation.

At HCode, we believe strong leadership is built from day one, with the right support at the right time. And for that, traditional training alone just isn’t enough.

The Leadership Canteen

Our flagship online community for first-time leaders. A vibrant, structured space to learn from peers, share challenges, join workshops, and co-create better management practices. A supportive environment, far from the isolation of those early management days.

1:1 Coaching

Confidential sessions with a professional coach to explore leadership challenges in depth, anchor key learnings, and strengthen leadership posture.

AFEST - Work-Based Learning

Tailored, on-the-job support that turns everyday work situations into real learning opportunities. A hands-on, customised approach with undeniable ROI — accessible with or without OPCO funding.

Co-Development (Action Learning)

Small-group workshops where participants reflect together on real-life situations from the field and collectively build actionable solutions. A powerful tool for reflection and growth — one that remains largely underused in many organisations.

Founder

After nearly a decade in the tech industry, I saw how often new managers were left to figure things out on their own — even in the most prestigious companies. This gap, far too common, is what inspired me to create formats that are accessible, sustainable, and deeply human to support them.

Today, I believe no one becomes a manager “naturally.” You become one because you’ve been given the opportunity to learn, to make mistakes, to share, and to try again.
